Cooking in Summer 2016

These are few of the dishes I have been busy this summer. Recipe in the links.

Dhokla for breakfast. Very filling and easy to make when to feed a houseful of people.

Besan Ladoo. Even my fussy grandson, who does not sample new food, kept on grabbing them all. They lasted only 3 days.

Sattu ka Paratha. Made it after a long time with Sattu flour.

Paired it with Aalo-mattar gugni, Kheer and Beetroot sabji.

Grand dinner Dal fry, Kadi-bari, Roti, Aalu bhaja, Chole, Dahi Vada and Rice.

Simple meal of Roti with Paneer chilly and Watermelon.
